I bought my vehicle at Karking Boksburg in May 2012 and with that I agreed on a retrenchment policy from MFC with the aplication. O.k I have been retrenched in November 2013 working for the Company Hydro Sebenza from Sepember 2007 on a contract base, the reason for retrenchment was because Hydro senenza has been liqudated. I did claim for this policy and regent declined it because Im a contract worker, to my knowledge for the number of years I worked for that company I am as good a permenent staff. Regent say sorry they cant help me. MFC says sorry the product was sold by the dealer ship they must help me. Im unemployed and have a retrenchment policy that I pay for over a year now and I can not use it. Please I need this sorted out I can not loose my vehicle regarding this matter.
