For november my account was not debited with the loan installment. Bank send me sms to say I am in arrears. We phone bank to ask whats up.they say we behind. They double debit account in Dec and they phone to say that you for the installment. I apply for reload on loan its declined because of bad conduct and phone to ask. They say my installment for nov has returned i say that not turn. they never debited the account.i speak to Lovemore Mazubuko at the collections department he tells me that the debit order for nov was not authorised i say how can that be decause i signed for the debit order to go off. He comes back to say it was a technical error on the banks side. I ask if it was the banks fault why can i not get my reload. this is not the first time i have had problems. If bank see i have money in my account at the end of the month even if it is not my salary they debit my account with the loan installment. They phoned twice to say thank you for the two installments. They tell me the call are recorded and that its on the system, but they dont phone me back with feedback as they promise. I phoned yesterday and they said that it was my fault that the debit order didnt go off. pls help
