I have taken out loan from Capitec for a while now and I have paid back on time. when I went to request for a consolidation, I was decliened. I have paid back the loan for well over 6 months now and they will not even consider to look at the payslip saying I have to wait for a year. if other banks are able to offer, why can't I get a consolidation? i was not even looking at getting cash, just wanted to be able to maintain my credit.
