DEBIT ORDERS ISSUES & BAD ATTITUDE OF CALL CENTRE

Early in May 2013, I informed them that I would like to change my debit order date from the last day of the month to the 1st of the month. In essence, I moved the debit order date by 1 DAY. On the 31st May 2013, Nedbank deducted 2 debit orders for my monthly instalment of 2526.18, I phoned them to enquire and they mentioned that they had issues with their debit order system. I asked if the can refund the amount to me and I was told the amount had to reflect on their side first before I can get my refund, which would have taken not less than 3 days since I bank with FNB. To my dismay, on the 1st Jun 2013, a 3rd debit order was deducted off my account. I went to my bank to reverse the 2 debit orders out of the 3 debit orders as they did not have authorisation to deduct 3 instalments. I obviously needed the money to honour my other expenses. Today I received a phone call from a rather rude and disrespectful lad at 18h34, who told me that my loan is 1 month in arrears, and told me that I shouldn't have reversed the debits orders without "ENGAGING WITH THEM". If this has had any effect on my credit record, I need this fixed. I have never skipped a payment on this account.
