I sent through queries to Debt Rescue on the 30th August 2013.Although some of my queries were answered I am still struggling with a major problem on one of my accounts and the feedback I get from Debt Rescue is shocking sometimes non existent. I went under Debt Review in September 2011 and have never missed a payment... so imagine my disappointment when I found out that payments to my ABSA credit card have never been allocated or received due to the fact that they had never received my proposal from Debt Rescue nor my court order. My payments get done by Debit Order and is then allocated by NPDA to the various creditors. I emailed Marlize Van Wyk on numerous occasions in this regard and have been assured every time that the problem would be sorted ..I decided today that I would contact the ABSA legal department and find out myself if anything has been done. Not surprisingly... nothing has been resolved. In the meantime I would suspect that while my payments are not been allocated that interest is now being charged on this account whish I feel should not be my responsibility as my payments get made. Also I have sent a compliant to the complaints department 11/12/2013 and no response
