I have sent an e-mail to the home loan division on the 21st of November i have had responses from them as to my request, however to date i have not received the info i requested.
On the 20th of December they sent me an email which read "Dear GRAHAM OLIVIER, We would like to confirm that your service request 7000492076 for Copy Statement, has been resolved. You will be contacted shortly with resolution details.
If you have any further questions about this service request, please call us on 0860 123 000.

Standard Bank"
However i have not received the statement or any further update as to this request.
