Account not closed and disgusting service

My card was. Immediately after it was taken I called the call centre and spoke to Phumzile. She gave us the reference as her name and time at 12:30. From that time we still continued to receive notification of purchases worth R8000. This service is absolutely disgusting and I need all my money to be refunded
