Absa Insurance ONLY AUTOMATED RESPONSES AFTER 10 W

I have reported 2 claims in October 2012. They have not responded to any calls or e-mails, even the Action-line only sent an automated response. After two Hellopeter reports I've only received AUTOMATED RESPONSES, which shouldn't be regarded as responses, seeing that nothing more is done!
