During Q1 of 2013 I completed an online application for a new business account with FNB. However; the required documentation was not received or processed by FNB in spite of it being submitted twice.

I have never received any cards or other documentation pertaining to this account but every month bank charges of R175.00 are being deducted from this dormant account! Despite countless previous efforts and requests to get the R1, 000.00 that I paid into this account refunded - this has been ignored and this account is now overdrawn to the tune of R50.00.

I would like the R1, 000.00 plus lost interest refunded to me immediately or I will be left with no alternative but to report this matter to the Banking Ombudsman.
