Terrible, Shocking Client Service!

I have been a client of miway for - 6 years. For my first real claim with miway I reported an accident and received a claim number on the 26th November 2013 requesting a no claims letter in order to claim directly from the individual who drove into me. I recieved the no claims letter a month later on the 27th December 2013 after caling miway and leaving several messages for them to call me back as I would like to expedite the process. After sending the no claims letter to the individual's 3rd party division at discovery insure they replied and said neither party was at fault due to the robots at the intersection not functioning correctly and that we would both need to claim directly from our own insurers. I there after sent an email to miway in order persue my claim with them directly and have yet to have any feedback whatsoever. I am totally disgusted with this and am begining to become rather agitated if not totally off with the situation!!! What the am I paying monthly premiums for?? On top of it all miway consultants are sending me correspondence meant for other miway clients which concerns me. What are they doing at miway? Sleeping???
