Money went missing in my market link account

Hi I bank with standard bank and have an investment account called market link. On the 24/12/2013 I logged into my Account to check my balances and there was an amount of R30 497.97 that was of my account And this money was transferred to other standard bank account. I then went to the nearest branch in Gunubie to report the issue. The lady at the enquiries transferred me to the department on the phone, which I then explained and answered all their questions. I was then required to do an affidavit at the police station. Only to keep not to take back to the bank. The department said it will take up to 6 weeks to resolve the issue but then I will be updated. But I didn't get any case number or reference number from them so that I can follow up the case. On the 27/12/2013 I emailed my banker ask him to look into this but also didn't get any feedback regarding the case. But he did say that It's not guaranteed that I will be refunded my money back. After this I can see that it's possible that they won't refund me. Please assist
