Our Samsung series 4 TV was damage due to a thunder storm. The TV was taken to the prescribed technician as informed by Dail Direct on the 23rd Dec 2013. We hare constantly phoning DD and the technician getting the following answer: We have send the report to DD or We are waiting for the report from the technician. This is unacceptable. We were provided contact details from DD to contact Rogero Domingoes at number 011 428 1175, but this number is just ringing. This is not service at all, WHY must the customer phone the 2 companies all the time, is it not DD responsibility to also inform the customer??? Can this matter please be dealth with!!
