In seconds doesn't work at all, or is it just a way to force existing clients back to the branches? first they take their debit orders early in December, that drops us in a hole because we had to survive a rather quiet Christmas, and now we have new school year starting, and the Inseconds app doesn't work/exist and the call centers are a joke.for such a big company this is disappointing.we are now having to make plans to make up for the early debit orders and January still a long month.every month for the last 6 months they send messages to take break in payments, but try contact them... I have tried to keep my emails civil and decent, but I do understand why others rant and rave and swear...
With the odd hours I work Inseconds seemed to be the ideal solution (if it actually worked)
