I called RCS 24 Dec 2012 to report act on my account and I was advised by Call center agent that my account will be frozen and also no debit order will be going off from my account. On 27 Dec debit order went off, I called the 28 Dec and was advised by the call center agent that I will be refunded within three days, three days no refund. I called back on the 04 Jan 2013, I was advised that they haven't received my documents and I need to resend it. I resent the documents, hanged on the line and have them confirm once they received it. The agent again told me I will be refunded in three days. Three days later still no refund, I called today 10 Jan2013 and having to go through the same process again... We cant find the docs, Please hang on, When did you send it, Please resend it, You will be refunded in three days etc...

Very sad for us the clients to have to make so much effort to get matters sorted.

Service Delivery really poor.

Utterly disappointed in RCS.
