I called to change a debit date to my pay date on the 1st of December 2013 via the Absa vehicle finance contact center. I spoke to a gentleman who assured me that my debit date had been changed to the 20th. Only to receive an sms from Grace Lusenga to inform me of a missed payment. I called her on the 17/12/2013 and made a cash payment to the banking details she provided via email and she also requested my salary advice in order to apparently change my payment date again. Today my payment was unpaid again as my debit date WAS NEVER changed despite my efforts and arrangements. Please help me as this is going to give me a bad credit record and i did make two attempts to change my debit date which proved to be futile.
