Money was refund and taken again and bad service

On 22 Dec13 i booked a flight for my son on the same day i cancel the flight again. i contact fnb call centre on 23 Dec 13 and ask them to cancel payment they email me a cheque card reversal request form which i complet and email back to debitcard dept on same day.on the 24 Dec13 the refund was back in my back account. On the 26 Dec13 the money was taken out of my bank account again. I contact the call centre and said that the 1 consultant gave me the wrong form and email me the same form again but only the email address differ i complet the from again and email it again. I received several emails from the debitcard divison saying money was already paid into my bank acc on 24 Dec 2013, what is the amount that i dispute, proof that purchase was made which I already email them with the 1 email i send. I contact again call centre spoke to Grace who said that she will contact them and will get back to me she didnt i contact her and she said that she wait for dispute dept to get back to her i went to malmesbury branch spoke to Sue marie who was very unhelpful and not friendly. She contact dispute dept and said that the money will be in my acc on the 2 jan 13 no money in my acc. Bad service
