I tried to get assistance today, and been phoning multiple numbers, wasting at least 30 minutes on the phone being transferred to one person to another. I finally got hold of someone at the claims department, Sandile, and were supposed to transfer to someone because I am a platinum member and got to nowhere. I phoned again, got to a Jerry Mjwengna, and he got agitated with me, and dropped to phone when I asked to escalate the matter that I am getting fed up that nobody can assist me. As per his advise I will close, FNB insurance policy because my premium is going up and up, and getting no response.
