Yesterday my husband and i phoned the call centre and wanted to cancel our policy because of the high renewal premium we got which was unaffordable to us, i was put through to Charlotte who was a pleasure to deal with she immediately saw that i was calling from my cellphone and offered to phone me back which she did promptly and that alone was enough for me to stay, and she managed to drop our premiums from R2240 to R1690 with a few changes and discount.
