Hi there,
With regards to my rebate that I normally get on my cheque account this month I did not receive one. I went back on my history and found that my account was overdrawn for a brief moment by R5 due to an FNB stop order charge. I did the day before execute the instruction for the stop order but was not aware a charge would come off as all other FNB charges come off at month end. At the time the charge came off I had no funds in my account as I had moved it across to my revolving credit plan therefore when the charge came off it bumped me into overdrawn. If I was aware that the FNB charge would come off then I would have made funds available. I find this a bit unfair therefore if you could please reinstate my rebate on my cheque account. As this was an unforseen charge.
