Bad debt paid off, Account not ratified on XDS

Good day,

I paid off my Absa overdraft last year through their lawyers Hammond Pole Attorneys, as part of the settlement they assured me that they would make sure they instruct Absa to amend the narrative on XDS to state that the account was paid in full. This is still affecting my credit profile. I want this issue sorted with immediate effect
