I want to know what happened with my policy

I had an funeral policy with Pep and Hollard Funeral Policy from 2008 until November 2013. In 2011 i found out that i am sharing my policy number with someone i don't even know and i asked them to solve this problem. Last year in November i call the call centre to give them my new telephone number and to give them my bank details, at the call centre they told me than i'm no longer have a funeral policy with them because my policy number belong to someone else but they still have my personal information and they received payments everytime. i've been sending emails to asked them to solve this matter but they are not doing anything they only encourange me to pay my monthly payments and they didn't reply. I think Pep and Hollard don't care about their clients they just need money only.
