EXTRA DEBIT ORDER AND NO REFUND

On the 12 December 2013 my NORMAL debit order for my personal loan was deducted. There was another deduction for R529.80 that was also deducted. When I phoned the call centre they said there was a mistake and that they would refund me. I was refunded on the 18 December 2013. On the 24 December 2013, Nedband deducted the R529.80 again. When I phoned in I was told that my account was in arrears because of my credit insurance. I have my own insurance so how can I be in arrears. I was told that I would be refunded urgently as it seemed to have been a mistake. On the 31 December 2013 I still had not received any refund. I phoned the call centre twice, the first time I was told to hold, I held for 20 minutes and the line went engaged, when I phoned again I was told they would phone me back. (I am still waiting). Today (2 Jan 2014). I phoned again and was told to speak to the insurance department. The lady was going to put me though, when she did it said the number you have dialled is invalid. I want this sorted out ASAP I have all my accounts with nedbank but will definitely NOW be looking at moving all mine and my finances accounts
