I have a platinum card Acc number 4901370210094008; i requested for this card to be closed last year begining of december. i was then given the form to fill and i did. I paid the card in full, its a new year and the card is still acive after phoning them 3 times already asking for card closure. at some stage after my request this account (which should have been closed) was charged more that R500 as interest, mind you my limit on this card is R55 200.00 and i have already settled it with R56000.00; so discovery has charged me more than a R1000.00 for the card that should have been closed. im so disgusted with your service, riding on people's money; you are nothing like what you sell to us, plesae close the card and take it off my profile.
