Credeit card transactions not visible on internet

My credit card account does not show any transactions on my internet banking. It has been like this since I got internet banking. The help desk can not assist with this at all. They insist that I send an e-mail for them to
look into this matter! This is a configuration problem on my account and they do not employ people with the skill
to solve an issue like this. They also have an option to select Afrikaans as a language to be assisted in. They
do not employ Afrikaans speaking people in the call centre. I am closing my account. If I can't see my transactions, it is a big risk for me to do any transactions via my credit card!

ABSA equal USELESS! Are they hiding my transactions on purpose? I wonder!

I already opened an FNB account and happy service! GOOD BEYE ABSA!
