Called Indwe Welkom on the 4th December 2013 to cancel my Insurance Policy (ending 31 Dec) with them due to poor service on their side as well as Santam for getting no response from either of them for a new quote. I was requested to send an email letter to Leandrie for the cancellation. Today, 31 Dec, I received an email from Leandrie stating that my insurance will be cancelled today and that I should go to the bank and sign a stop order to prevent the January premium to go through. Really?? I am at work, how should I get to the bank at this time to sign a stop order?? I emailed her and said that it should have been done on their side! I gave them 1 month notice! She replied that there was a problem with the system and the January premium will go through. Your service cannot get any worse INDWE!!
