I received a credit card a few days ago, when i applied for my credit card on line the person that assisted me did not explain in details about the card, when i collected my card at the bank they did not explain at all, there are a few questions that i need to understand about my credit card and how and where do i pay it, i have been emailing absa card services asking them to call me to explain in more detail how it work but they dont assist they keep saying i must call in, i am waisting my airtime calling into the call centre, for them to call me for the credit card was not a problem, but when i need help they dont want to call me, i need to pay my credit card and i need infomation on how, because im sure if i dont pay it then that will be a problem, is there no customer service here at all, i was thinking of cancelling my standard bank account and moving to absa but now i am starting to doubt that.
