On the 19th dec i made an eft payment of R1300 into the bank account emailed to me by the getbucks legal dept AND emailed my proof of payment on the same day (19 dec)
Today i see my account has been debited by getbucks for the initial amount i owed of R600??? How does a mistake like this hapoen after i had made payment and sent proof and worst of all git to that what i was owing was near R1300.
The R600 you so easily helped yourself to was my lost money that i had promised to give my nephew for his new years eve party which now mot only am i terribly upset but so will my nephew be.
I want my money and the extra i paid in refunded back to me before noon today!!! Or i promise i will get hold of everyone and anyone at getbucks till you get your heads and services in order!!!
