I have been sent from pillar to post by these people. Whenever I call them somebody new tells me a different story regarding my claim. My car was a write off after an accident I had, they approved my claim and requested the natis document frm my bank so that they can make the payment. They received the document and promised to make a payment that will be done within the then 10 working days and that I must make a follow up with my bank. Up to this day, they haven't made the payment. I've been transfered from one person to the other within 2day only, I have be transferef to 4 or 5 different people who all are telling me a different story. These people are the ones who called me weeks ago to tell me that they have made the payment. Nicole, Caroline & Burke confirmed that it was made bt to my shock 2day, Lebo, Athini, Trish or whatever her name is and Cecelia frm finance have told me many different stories all because I requested a proof of payment from them since this morning that they promised to send. I still have not received it instead Cecelia told me that the payment will be made 2moro. A payment that they confirmed to have made a long time ago. Is this a monkey business?
