Hi, went to collect a new american express card from the branch on the 14th of December 2013, used the card after that, until I tried to use it on the 26 December, and could not, phoned the call centre, and discoverd the card has a fica hold on it, why must i suffer with not being able to use my card because of the fica hold, when i submit all the documents, your internal departments actions.problems, should not be my problem and cause me problems, i submit my docuements as requested at the branch, which according to me I have been fica.

called the fica department on friday, the lady said she was going to submit the documents again, when phone the call centre, the said not documents have been received.

This needs to be sorted out urgently
