Hi,
I had a policy for my grandparents with Assupol. My grandmother passed away in 2010 and my grandfather this year in May. Assupol has paid out the funeral claim, but they started debiting my account again in July. I have called for a refund and they asked me to send the death certificate. I have sent the death certificate on 27/11/2013 but I am still waiting for the refund. I called today but there is noone who is able to help me.
