In my last three visits to FNB Hillcrest, I have left irritated and unhelped. Every time I go into the branch, there is never anybody on the floor to direct people to the correct queue. The relationship banking upstairs has space to accommodate 13 consultant, there is only every 3. And of these 3, none who are very fast or efficient, they usually pass you onto another queue because they cannot access what you need on their computer. Then while there is a queue of about 10 people, one inevitably goes on their break. Then in deposits, which I try to avoid and rather use the ATM, the consultants claim they cannot count coins and I end up waiting about 20 min for some one who can count coins. Then the consultant is very unimpressed they have to do such a big job. It seems absurd that no one in the bank can count coins. I think it is completely disrespectful to their customers. I also never see the bank manger there. The security guard at the door is the most helpful and the only one with the smarts.
