BAD SERVICES - NO PAY OUT

Good Day, I have spoken to Natasha Chetty the claims manager at ABSA on 20 December 11:07 and she told me that my money will be paid out in 24 to 72 hours and guess what still no money. I have the contractors that want to start fixing my house but they can't because I can't pay them. And if you try and phone ABSA Insurance they just dont answer. When will this BAD SERVICE stop, the longer ABSA takes to pay out my money the more damage I get. WHICH ABSA WILL JUST HAVE TO PAY, BECAUSE I ROOF IS LEAKING AND I CAN'T PAY THE CONTRACTORS. How long is ABSA going to take to pay out the money, or are they using our money for bonuses... I need someone to contact me TODAY AND ENSURE THAT MY MONEY IS IN THE BANK TODAY... MY CLAIM NUMBER IS 2490900. If you try and contact ABSA they never answer...
