I would like to compliment Miway on the fantastic service we received today. We phoned for a border letter, taking a chance because our previous insurer required 24-48hour notice before crossing the border. We phoned Miway asking for a border letter as we want to cross the border the same day. Clarence who helped us was very helpful (we did not get her surname) we were told it will not be a problem and we will receive the letter. After we ended the call we checked our email and the letter we requested was there.
