12th Nov 2013 I reported wet marks on bedroom wall adjacent to my bathroom. The assessor came to assess he then send a company called Leak Tech. Leak Tech discovered a crack in the bath. They removed the bath chopped up all the tiles, chopped a hole in the waist pipe of shower. come back to fix leak that I discovered in waist pipe, I complained about the way bath was fitted was not level and not enough cement under bath, they removed the bath for second time. They refitted the bath and a leak come about at he waist that they repaired. Eagan Maintance came to build the wall in front of the bath. Up to date 30 December 2013 nothing further has been done. No tiling no shower panels also the room adjacent to bathroom was painted a peach colour not the colour it originally was. I gather they have problem binding the tiles to match in the bathroom. They have now told me to find the tiles, which I feel is not my responsibility. From the assessor I have up to now not heard anything, I have left uncountable messages with no response and same for outsurance. Paid my access to leak teck the 19th Nov to the amount of R1980. Still have not received any quote what the total cost of damages is
