I frequently logon early morning to do internet banking with my various banking institutions, but Standard Bank is often not available and displays that stupid message "Technical Error, Please Try Again Later". This is now a daily occurrence and none of the other banks have this issue. I have approached SBSA and get some lame excuse regarding challenges they are having in this area. My feeling is that if you cannot offer a service as expected as norm by the public, be open about it and admit that SBSA is technically incompetent in the IT area and as such are loosing the techie race. I am about to move all my accounts away from SBSA as this is getting irritating.
