Loan settled and no confirmation received

I have applied for a consolidation loan at another bank and they have settled the loan account with African Bank. I have phoned the African bank call centre numerous times and each time they advise me that they have not received the settlement amount. I have sent through the consolidation letter from Nedbank to African bank as requested (via email to [Email Removed] as per email address on the settlement letter) Nedbank confirmed that the settlement was paid over to African bank on the 7 the of December and african bank debit my account on the 20 the of December insisting they have not received the settlemet amout. I want this to be investigated as I do not get any feed back on all the emails that was sent to them and also the installment that was debited from my account to be paid back to me and a paid up lette
