On Thursday, 24 January 2013 I left a callback alert for outsurance, within few seconds I was contacted by their male consultant whose name he said it's Thabo if I'm not mistaken. I clearly explained to him that I'm in a process of buying a car so I was looking for a quotation. The call took about 30 minutes, as he was asking me a lot of questions including my banking details which I obliviously gave them to him, but still I explained to him that I am just doing a QUOTATION! Which to my greatest surprise today 01 February 2013 at 9:45pm I receive a debit order of R557.21 of which I didn't sign any document agreeing to take an insurance with outsurance. The consultant told me he need my banking details in case I give them a go ahead with the contract. I am very disappointed at outsurance if this the way they peoples money, I need my money back as soon as possible because I did not agree to take an insurance with them and seemingly I will not ever even consider them in a near future. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, NO CHEAP APOLOGIES but MY MONEY!
