I made an internet banking payment to one of my beneficiaries on 25/12/2103, and after checking this beneficiary today, the payment had not come through, despite previous payments appearing the next day. I logged on to internet banking this morning to check (26/12/2013), and see that the payment date is the 27th of December! I spoke to Zindane of internet banking support. and told him that computers do not take time off on public holidays. He then told me that the credit card division computers are shut down over public holidays. I informed him that my account is a current account not a credit card. This is not acceptable! I made the payment on the 25th, and my statements on internet banking should reflecct this. The payment should also reflect on the beneficiary statement the next day.
