ABSA can’t confirm when my contract is ending

ABSA can't confirm when my contract is ending.
I asked for a personal loan from ABSA in 2009.I remember the period was over 36 months. In Jan 2012 i phoned to ask when my contract ends because the balance is going up and down, i was told it's a revolving loan- it does not end " i can withdraw the credit anytime i wish". I then asked for copy of contract because i asked for a personal loan not revolving. On 20 Nov 2012 i went to the branch after been referred by call centre to go to branch. Patricia Mbele at Midrand could not help she said i must phone the revolving loan centre this can not be done at a branch. Then i called revolving loan dept NO 0861100372.Spoke to Happy Mashiteng the supervisor after holding on the line from 9:56 to 10:54. Then my query was handed to Northcliff where i took the loan. Sharon phoned me mid Dec 2012 and said they are still looking it. In Jan 2013 i followed up. Debbie Crichton the manager, said to me that the centre where my contract was, had burnt down. Meaning ABSA can confirm when i will finish paying them.
