I cancelled my cover with Miway because i sold my vehicle. I am getting a new car in January and i was going to insure with Miway but i dont know anymore because of this incident. Just to put everything into perspective, Miway debits my account on the 25th of each month, because i cancelled (before your debit run) they took my money on the 20th, how unscroupulous! I do not have the car anymore yet you force me to pay insurance for it? how are you to be trusted with future insurance? Kindly refund my money as i need it. I have cancelled, you have no right. I am beyond irritated, not to mention inconvenienced!
