Claim No 2486303 - Call Centre Not Answering

We have no option but to go to Hello Peter. We lodged a claim about a month ago after the storm damage. 2 assessors were sent and the claim was ultimately approved after about 2 weeks. MJG Engineering were appointed. Our problem is that they did not fix the root cause, instead they put a sealant in the sealing in the interior of the room and the painted! When asked why they are not fixing the root cause, they said they have no roof expertise. The following day it rained again and the roof is still leaking. We have been trying for over a week to contact Home Loan Insurance to resolve the matter as the rains continued but nobody picks up the phone. Sometimes we hold up to an hour and end up abandoning the call. The problem is that the roof has not been fixed. Painting the room inside does not help if the problem is the roof. We even called actionline (ref No: 2628189). The consultant promised they'll call us the following day to try and connect us to the call center but they never did. Each day we cross fingers that it must not rain as this is a hazard for us. The damage is getting worse and we fear for the children. Please, can we please be shown some respect
