Absa

Since I reported an incident regarding that I occuredin my absa account about two weeks ago, I have received any response orany update regarding my case. About two weeks ago I went back to an Absa branch to find out what was happening with regards to the invetsigations that were "supposedly going". I was told that my case was reopened and that I would get a call whithin 8 working days, till today i am still waiting for an update and a response This is the worst bank ever, i would`t recomendanyone to bank at Absa because the last thing they consider is client services. I havent recieved my 2900.00 that was in my account and the best they can tell me is that they will look into it. Right know my life is onhold because I need that money. funny thing is that they even have the gutts to send me a letter stating that I have dishonoured their cheque, had I still had my money in my account, my debit orders wouldnt have bounced but because they clearly dont care about their clients they dontupdate me on my case but rather they make me look bad. All they care about is the insterests that they get from us. I want my money and I am. This whole thing is.
