Lack of effeciency

I am so off and very disappointed at the level of services that i call Black on Black services. How is it that you refuse to let the owner of the account withdraw money that is due to them. Need to confirm where the money comes from, why not confirm while your customer is right there with you. imagine the inconvenience, signing withdrawal forms and not to mention with so much in the country, phone at branch rings without any answer, Really pathetic service, when real cases need to be investigated they are busy harassing people who simply work for their money
