NO SERVICE FROM NEDBANK AND OLD MUTUAL

I left the services of Nedbank Ltd on 17 September 2013. I was advised that my pension money will be paid back to me within 3 months. Despite numerous phone calls and being send from pillar to post the money is to date is still not in my account. According to Nedbank the documents has been send through for payment. After numerous phone calls to Old Mutual they advised that they are waiting for Nedbank and that the matter has been escalated to Nedbank and they are unable to get a response from Nedbank. This morning I phoned Old Mutual again and was advised that the matter will be escalated to Nedbank again. It seems that no one at Nedbank is interested in getting this matter resolved. Between Nedbank and Old Mutual this matter will have to be resolved as if no reply is received before close of business today I will have no choice but to take this matter to the Ombudsman and to the newspapers.
