It was regarding my late mother's life cover policy. She passed away in 2010 and my elder sister tried to claim immediately after her passing. They never helped her. Since I was under 18 I didn't make any claims because my sister was an executor for the estate, so she handed everything she couldn't claim to the high court. The high court only informed us now that I am the main beneficiary of the policy so I should claim. I tried to claim & after submitting the necessary documents I was told the policy lapsed & cancelled so there can't be payout. Whenever I called I would be kept on hold for I don't know how long. Their system is bad & I would never recommend anyone to use their services. I wish I could be helped to claim the money hence i want to go to university to further my studies. My future depends on this money. Thank you.
