I am pleased to write this report, my car was written-off a few weeks ago and the insurance settled the account. After a few hassles with getting the Paid up Letter my faith as an MFC Client has been restored by the following people Louis Masilo and Molebogeng Mathebula. Molebogeng Mathebula wasn't the one would've been dealing with my account but still assisted with no complaints and Loouis Masilo assisted with my complaint in the quickest time. Not only were you guys professional but also efficient, it's people like you that we need in the customer and service fulfilment industry. Thank you Very much I wish you guys a lovely Festive season.
