I am a student and i have an ABSA student account, but over the last couple months i have been charged normal rates which is over R100 at a time. I went to the ABSA in East Gate where i spoke to somene who asked for some documentation and said i should email it to him and he would get back to me. I have emailed him more than once and he has still not contacted me. I am still being charged normal rates and nothing has been done about my situation.
