Really bad service

Towards the end of november I had an incident which left my car with a broken sunroof. I made a claim and Miway paid out not even 35% of the value of the damage. Anyway, they somehow got me a rental while I tried to get the car fixed. On the 2nd of Dec I picked the car up fron OR Tambo Airport. On the rental agreement it is stipulated that the car must be back on the 1st Jan. all of a sudden I get a call from Avis telling me that if i don't return the car today they are going to report the car.

I need a solution!!!
