My email to them which got no response to date:
"I am using Chrome on Mac OSX and Safari 7. Sporadically they dont load the menu's.
And it cost me money and embarrasment...
How do we solve this?

I use the latest Mac browsers. And at the beginning of the month i had to pay penalty fees because i could not transfer money in time to cover transactions.
