On the 19th December I tried to withdraw money from my account and to my surprise again second time Nedbank took Homeloan instalment. Happened last month as well. When I phoned customer service very lame excuse they not sure when we getting paid so they tracking it from the 13 th but we signed for the very last day of the month. Now I have to go to employer and get letter stating we only getting paid on the 31 st.

Its 5 days before christmas I mean really.
